" much time on STEROID forums… and wouldn’t even test e2.”

I don’t know if you should just jump off.

Do you feel better or worst on TRT?[/quote]

I really don’t feel much better on trt… sex drive is up but never had a problem getting it up before.

Try .75 ml SC and see what happens. After you pull out the needle, press on the puncture for 10-15 seconds to allow it to seal off to prevent bleed or leak.

I bought vitamin D3 drops from vitamin shoppe. I take 12,000iu/per day

ksman is ferritin a problem and what could have caused them to lower
I can’t seem to get Vit D up, any advice?
liver enzymes have lowered
E2 has gone down 4 point as of yet
Hematocrit is one point over range!! should i be worried? doctor didn’t even tell me so obviously he isn’t.

I have seen you offer advice to lower iron fortified foods.
my ferritin is reduced for some reason is cutting out the iron fortified foods going to reduce it more and is this a problem? giveing blood will lower both ferritin and hematocrit. I am really starting to think something is wrong with my thyroid… Doctor is not on board and endo appt is not till august.

Take MORE vitamin D. I don’t know where you live but studies have shown people living north of Atlanta are deficient. The doc I used to work for took about 15,000iu a day and I’m taking 12,000iu. I’ll drop to 10,000iu once it’s officially summer time and I get more outside time. It is a water soluble vitamin allowing you to take higher doses.

Vitamin D is fat soluble and stored in the liver.

I apologize. That was a misread on my part. There is such a thing as D-poisoning (which should have alerted me to my water soluble comment).

At any rate, if you’re vitamin D levels are low, then it is acceptable to increase your vitamin D3 intake to bump up 25-OH Vit D. I am not used to your lab results but I know based on mine from labcorp I am shooting for 70+ on labcorps scale 30-100 ng/mL.

Bump for Ksman

Bump for help.

I’m reading this on my phone so if I missed something I apologize.

You’re still at 150mg/week with two injections per week correct? I didn’t find that you had corrected the elevated E2 problem. I’m fairly knowledgeable on TRT, but I like to give opinions based on my experience. That said, you sound a bit frantic in your posts. It’s understandable. Dealing with unwilling doctors can be frustrating. Is there any way you can stockpile enough of your T ester to be able to quit your doctor and start an aromatase inhibitor while looking for another doc? For me, one of my elevated E2 indicators is I go a little crazy. I don’t know what yours are, but once you start an AI, you’ll know them. Google anastrozole research chemical. The standard is 1:1 ratio, so take .75mg each time you inject.

As for the fatigue, you can order your own 4-point cortisol test at LEF.org. Once I began taking hydrocortisone tablets (not saying do this, it’s just an option. There are also natural options) for adrenal fatigue to raise cortisol, I began to feel much much better.

E2 has dropped since trt only 4 points but it’s still down. If i can begin to lose body fat i may be able to lower it more and use some natural stuff. I am currently getting my doctor “onboard” I brought in some literature from john crisler for him to look over. He is just scared to go outside of the guidelines. if another doc was an option I would do that but it’s not it seems.

No doctor here seems to want to help you with anything except for depression meds. They hand em out like candy also they reallly don’t know anything but the name of the drug and how much. anyways ya i just started 2 times a week. doctor seemed like he will be willing to step outside the box and learn so really the visit went well.

I can’t order anything from lef.org im canadian. Family doc doesn’t know what to do with 4 times cortisol test and says it’s not recognize by eastern endrocrine medicine,he is usless. it’s the urologist who is administering my trt. He is a great surgeon and a good guy he is just not up to date on current trt. If he allows me on hcg i will then say we need to monitor my e2 and have an AI on board… I have MRI’s coming back so i need my family Doc right this second but i am trying my hardest to find a new knowledgeable and more aggressive doctor. We have a shortage of doctors in my area and alot of people don’t even have a family doctor. I can’t get anywhere in this health care system without them.

It seems like every time I read a thread from Canada there are issues getting hCG and AI. I’m really sorry to hear about that. We have our own struggles down here, but it’s a little less “taboo” than it appears to be up there. Don’t get me wrong, though. It’s STILL taboo here. We have either managed to A) get our docs on board with our persistence, or B) found a way to skirt the system

Email me at kaynon311@gmail.com
