Middleages would you recommend the 160mg/wk all in one dose or split into 2 or more injections?

SHBG is 21
Mine went from 45 prior to trt to 34. I have been IM twice a week. What do you recommend?
EOD is the way to start with that SHBG. You might switch to dailies if SHBG continues to drop. Which is whats happened in my case
So the lower the SHBG the more frequent you should inject?
I had the same reaction when I tried anastrozole at 1/2 pill twice a week. I was moody, anxious with some dark thoughts. I also had ED.
I switched to exemestane and things got better…not the best but better. A little AI goes a long way. 1/4 pill once a week works for alot of people. A whole pill a week crashes most people wayyy too low.
I’d lay off the AI for a month or so and add it back in at a very low dose. 1/4 pill twice a week or even once a week and see how that goes.
or…you can just try without AI for a while and see if tha works for you.
