-Tinea Versicolor (pigment/white spots on cheek) this is auto immune
-Balanitis Circinata. (Red spots on penis glans) this is also auto immune related
I also have severe bloating , gas, and other digestive issues. I decided to do some more testing such as: IgE , Secretory IgA, Calprotectin and a Stool test.
IgE 790.9 (0-100) HIGH
Secretory IgA 1160 (540-2260)
Calprotectin 128 (0-50Neg) (50-100 Borderline) (100+ Positive) HIGH
Stool Test: Blastocystis Hominis found
It appears that what I am suffering from is a parasite. My guess is that the immune system is reacting to it and I am getting all these weird symptoms because of it.

first he said , the blasto (parasite) needs treatment since IgE is high as well and blood is reacting to it… He gave me medicine for this… Said we can retest in 2-3 weeks. I retested… IgE was still high… 1st parasite test was negative, then he said 10-15 percent of population has Blastocystis hominis.
The elevated lymphocytes and low neutrophils are also of no importance to him. They were high on my last test as well…
so take the meds and then reevaluate?
I took the meds, and re evaluated… .IgE was still high…
Thing is I did the stool test on my own intuition at a private clinic … not thru my doctor… First test was negative, 2nd showed blastocystis hominis 3rd showed negative again…
So now his 1 retest that showed negative and basically just gave up…
So has your regular doc seen your irregular white blood cell counts?

yes, his response is that it is ok…
I should note I had a rash on my thighs my doctor in Canada diagnosed as FUNGAL rash. I had been on hydrocortisone cream for it since I was 10. I would get the prescription maybe once a year, and use it a bit, but the rash would always come back…
Hydrocortisone is a immuno suppresant, that leaves you prone to infections…
do you think visiting a hepatologist would be a wise idea?
I found an intelligent doctor on youtube, who I contacted via instagram. He listened to my symptoms and looked at blood tests… He said he suspects its all driven from a viral infection.
No Dht in the world will fix me until I adress the immune system. He recommended anti-virals such as monolaurin and testing for ebv, hsv etc…

I have elevated lymphocytes and low neutrophils consistently. DHT is low Total T is in the 600’s. I believe I am suffering from some kind of immune system dysfunction causing all this. I was under alot of stress (overtraining, undereating, working first job) and I believe it caused a Viral Infection/Infections to reactivate.
Taking hydrocortisone cream (immuno-supressant) for fungal rash on my thighs during the last 10 years also probably didnt help.
Update again soon. So far tested for Epstein Barr Virus and it was neg.
my left testicle is basically 60% smaller, and when Im laying down it looks like half of it went to jelly. Greatest feeling of arousal used to be felt in my testicles during ejaculation like in the ejaculatory ducts. This is gone.

Please test the following: CBC (lymphocytes, monocytes, basophils, eosinophils, neutrophils) GGT, ALT, AST. Total Immunoglobulin E.
Comprehensive Stool Test for Parasites.
Calprotectin (This will show if there is inflammation in your gut)
Secretory IgA (Basically your first line of defence in your gut)
Of course all of this only applies if you have ruled out Low Testosterone, and Pituitary/Adrenal tumors. If you are like me and basically went from BEAST to crippled over night then do these^^
