Prolactin opposes dopamine, and test/e2 help transport neurotransmitters and sensitize their receptors. Serotonin goes up with e2 and if you’re on an SNRI I could see you trending towards serotonin syndrome (high prolactin would lower dopamine as well).

Serotonin syndrome is extremely rare. People on the internet throw it around like it just happens to anyone on an antidepressant. If I were going to get Serotonin Syndrome, it would have happened by now.
I’ve had no symptoms whatsoever of Serotonin Syndrome.
