If I did the ratio correct im 8, anything under 10 is a problem according to sttm.
My temps are always low. You recommended Wilson’s book to me a while back. I ordered it and read all. I’ve been trying his suggestions but not gaining any ground.
Huh, I hadn’t considered that it could be my thyroid.
So I have hypogonadism, hypothyroidism and now insulin issues. My body is giving up on me.
t4, free 1.08ng/dl .82-1.77
Should be closer to 13.0 or perhaps higher.
Your best, and easiest, measure of thyroid function is taking your body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky.

You can use body temperatures as a dosing guide.
If fT3 is mid range or higher and body temps are still low, that can be the effects of rT3. There is the risk that more thyroid meds create more T4–>rT3.
More T might improve insulin response.
.30mg of 200ml/mg cyp every 3.5 days.
You mean .30ml for 120mg/week?
or 60mg/week?
It took me three months to get my gp to increase my Armour from 60mg to 90mg. Had to get all kinds of shitty with them. There is no way they will increase it again with these lab numbers. I should try to find another to treat my thyroid. I’m afraid to jump out of the frying pan and into the fire after all of the stories about Endo’s around here.
My temps are low, ave 96.1 waking and 97.6 afternoon, 97.2 bedtime (taken over two weeks). But I have no way to increase the meds right now. Persistent person here though and will get it done one way or another as soon as possible.
At 6:00am I take 45mg and 45mg at 3:00pm. This test was at 8:00 am. I wonder what my numbers look like after the afternoon dose?
My T dose is corrected up top, my bad. .30ml e3.5d for 120mg/week
My shots are Sunday morning and Wednesday evening, this blood was drawn Wednesday morning.
I actually got a double digit e2 reading for the first time. It’s a bit high when previously never had one over 7.9 (7.6-42.6). I’m thrilled because it is something that I can work with.
Also noticed that my total test is the highest it has ever been with the exception of when the doc accidentally gave me 200mg in one week. I wonder if my boys suddenly started producing ten months after starting HCG. It’s normally in the mid 500’s.
Free Test, Direct 19.4 (8.7-25.1)
Total Test 896 (348-1197)
Estradiol 27.5 (7.6-42.6)
PSA 0.6 (0.0-4.0)
Ast 21 (0-40)
Alt 24 (0-40)
Hematocrit 47.8 (37.5-51.0)
Still at .3ml e3.5d test
250IU HCG eod
two drops rc anastrozole e3.5 days
I think I should increase the anastrozole by 20% or so which would put me at five drops per week. Should I dilute and change to every other day or take three drops Wednesday and two on Sunday? Please advise.
2 drops RC * 27.5/22 = 2 * 1.25 = 2.5 drops twice a week. 2.5 drops is hard to manage. You can do 2 drops for the 3 day span and 3 drops for the 4 day span,
Tell doc that your body temps are low and that you want to treat your symptoms and not treat your lab reports. Tell him that you want to use body temperature as your dosing guide.
As TSH is still high, your thyroid is still active. Are you iodine deficient? Have you always used iodized salt?
If you get fT3 to mid range or a bit higher, rT3 is keeping fT3 from entering your cells properly.
Perfect. I’ll try two drops Sunday and three Wednesday and see how it goes.
I have an appointment with the doc in two weeks. I’ll take a run with that approach.
My Thyroid is still active. Do you mean that it has not stopped working from the exogenous thyroid hormones?
I switched to ionized salt about 18 months ago. Not sure if I’m deficient and have been chicken shit to try IR. I’m ordering Iodine and Selenium now to give it a go.
