Help w/ Lab Results and Follow Up Qs

please note that trying to fix just one part of your system and ignoring the rest typically does not work.

If you have multiple imbalances, you have to address them all at once. and typically, you need to know exactly what is wrong via detailed blood tests - ferritin, vit d25-OH, cortisol, TSH, free t3, free t4, reverse t3, estradiol, etc.

You can’t balance your Testosterone and Estrogen when your thyroid and cortisol is out of whack. Or at least most people can’t. I tried working on it a piece at a time for years before getting smart and tackling all of the issues at once.

and sorry, but I have no idea about different types of HCG. I get 10,000iu Novarel (or something like that I think).

Update .
Sperm count came back…

36.8 Million (15 Million - 60 Million)
So this is good news for me as far as fertility goes. I will retest this after a couple months on HCG.

After getting these results the Dr.(Endo) had the nurse call me with the results and advise me due to this i should stop using Androgel (Which i never started) and follow up with her and retest in 6 months. I asked her what my treatment is for those 6 months… they told me “Nothing”. I laughed at this over the phone and told her to have my results ready because i am picking them up and hung up on her.

I have also been tracking my waking body temps while still using Iodine. I will post those results probably by friday.

Update:
Got my Ferritin results (over the phone, I will be picking them up later)
Ferritin 80 18-250 ng/mL
So this does not appear to be a problem according to my Dr.
here are my body temps kind of random

Thursday AM 96.5, noon 97.6 PM 97.5
Friday AM 96.6, Noon 97.6

Monday AM 96.4, Noon 97.9 PM 97.6
Tuesday AM 96.1, Noon 98
Wednesday AM 96.8, Noon 98.1 PM 97.6
Thursday AM 97.3 Noon 98 PM 97.8
Friday(TODAY) AM 96.4, Noon 98

My temps appear to be all over the place in the AM. Very consistant twards the afternoon/evenings though.
I think next week i will increase my dose of iodine and see how that works.

Still waiting on armidex / HCG to arrive in the mail.

AM temp is when you first wake up, not after you get out of bed.

Iodine is helpful if you have been deficient. Not the solution in all cases. Some have recovered waking body temps this way.

Hello everyone!
Have not posted in awhile but I am back!
For the past 2 months I have been on 250IU HCG EOD and 1MG armidex a week.
The first week I felt great. I had a very positive outlook… Excellent sense of well being (still more upbeat the before)

I also lost about 3 pounds that first week. Energy levels have been decent. Not excellent but decent.
The main thing I noticed about my energy is that I do not fall asleep on the coach anymore while watching TV. I also have been able to focus a little more then usual. I have been getting Aâ??s on all my college courses .My wife has advised me that my testes look bigger as well. That is the positive.

I still seem to have decreased libido. It did increase slightly but nothing great. Still get brain fog at times and find myself unable to focus or concentrate (This has improved slightly) Energy still not where I feel it should be. I was able to convince my PCP to do some blood work. I have posted the results below.
Any advice is welcome. I think I may need to decrease my armidex.

TSH 1.27 mIU/L ( .40-4.50 )
FSH 1.0 mIU/mL (1.6-8.0)
LH 1.2 mIU/mL (1.5-9.3)
Estradiol 19 pg/mL ( 19-54 )
Total T 460 ng/dL (241-827)

I got my sperm count back today
70 million
prior to hcg it was 36 million.

Hcg seems to be working good numbers wise.
Still seem to have decreased libido still
I have lost about 4 pounds my first month on hcg so far. I am happy with that
I seem have more energy or will power to push through more on tough workout days.
Also have been having a lot of urges to do more outdoor activity.started roller blading and playing tennis. My cardio sucks lol
I feel more confident as well
