I posted some recent blood work in my log thread although it doesn’t include an iron panel. I quit supplementing Iron a while back. Methylcobalamin (methylated B12 sublingually) is something I’d recommend to everyone regardless of their B12 levels. What got me where I want to be is getting TRT right and time. It takes a while. 200mg/week doing daily shots has me feeling great. I throw in extra T every now and again for aesthetic reasons but I feel better on 200mg. I’ve also found that diet and when I eat plays a big role in my overall wellbeing. I eat one large meal at night after the gym with am occasional snack or two during the day. I’ve found I have much more energy and I look and feel better eating this way. My one meal is heavy protein and fat (fatty meat) with a little carbs (usually garlic mashed potatoes with no extra shit). That alone had changed my life in just about every way. Physically I went from overweight to abs with no other changes but that. Mentally I went from depression prone to new lease on life.
The message in all of that crap I just spewed is this… Most people (for a long time myself) make things too complicated to work and also don’t give things enough time to ever have any real effect.
