Help Understanding My Labs

Attached is the blood work from May 19th. Having been on the CLOMID 50mg daily and the 0.5ml TEST weekly for 3 weeks.

I have also made a summary chart.

Any help reading into this and the Estrogen and Cholesterol effect would be great.
