Oh thanks man I misspelled it, didn’t realize it was clicky
Corrected it for you ![]()
Defy is conservative in that they will not allow HCT 52<, they do allow levels 1000< if your other biomarkers are healthy. They aren’t going to allow crazy high levels.
I have a hard time agreeing that anyone prescribing deca often now is conservative
Deca is OK but “crazy high levels” aren’t? What exactly are “crazy high levels” out of curiosity?
That wasnt me saying that, it was systemlord. I was fixing his greater than /less than symbols as he had them assbackwards for what he was trying to say.
Ah, got it
Above 2500ng/dl or free T 3x top of the ref range to me jut out as “too high for TRT” absent of having PAIS or AIDS/cancer related wasting… however if you’re on chemo you’d probably want to opt for a low dose of a synthetic anabolic androgenic steroid such as oxandrolone… mg/mg it’s quite potent, and with a lower dosage potentially implicates lesser cardiac risk, which is particularly of importance when on certain agents for chemotherapy (doxorubicin induced cardiotoxicity is no joke)
If I’m at an in person clinic, how would I transfer?
I’d agree with you on that one but I think most people here would think we’re nuts lol
The majority do well with 900-1500 in my opinion though
A select few appear to need more, some need less… if it doesn’t budge haematological parameters, bp, lipids etc… there’s very little data to indicate a modestly pharmacological (between 1500-2500) level of testosterone is inherently harmful… I mean I wouldn’t want a 60-70y/o reaching such concentrations for years on end… but 20,30,40 etc… they’re still young, provided lifestyle is optimised I believe most can (probably) handle it
You email me, I put you in touch with clinic and they sign you up. Telemedicine as in over the phone. Is that what you’re asking?
Sounds like there’s nothing to transfer. Just stop paying the old place and start paying the new place.
Didn’t know if they would need my original labs transferred, or anything like that.
You can get your labs from the old place. Just tell them you want them for your records. Then you can show the new place those labs and might be able to get away without them requiring new labs. Especially since you’re already on TRT. My pre-TRT levels were almost 600 and I got prescribed.
