Help. Doctors, Anyone? No One Will Give Me a Blood Test

My blood work right before starting Clomid 25mg every day was 455ng/dL. Libido is completely gone, I ordered some Viagra and cialis to get me by in the mean time.

I know I’ve heard of Clomid patients reporting no libido while on it. Is it possible it’s making my estrogen level too low by blocking too many of the estrogen receptors in the brain?

I also ordered some nolvadex… I have an appointment for blood Work next week. Should I try to have doctor lower my dose of Clomid if my t levels are higher now? Should I try to switch to hcg? I know Ksman recommended against a serm, but I do not have the reasoning for firm headed doctors to have an mri on my boys, so I had to try this first with so many people having success.

Can anyone provide insight? Maybe ask to drop Clomid from 25ED to 12.5ED?

Clomid and Nolvadex do the same thing as SERM’s.

SERM’s do not lower E2 levels. SERM’s increase E2 levels.

SERM’s block estrogens at receptors in Selected tissues, not all.

You are confusing SERM’s with AI’s that reduce E2 levels by reducing T–>E2 aromatization rates.

Labs on SERM’s:

  • TT
  • FT
  • E2
  • LH/FSH - could be too high causing high T–>E2 inside the testes

Labs may suggest if SERM dose is too high.
Sometimes 25mg EOD is too high.

Alright here is an update. I responded well to clomid, test went from 350 to 950. Free test was 450 though. My doctor didn’t like my free test so high so she immediately cut me off the Clomid for 3 months before follow up work.

Now my test is back down to 395!!! Anyone ever heard of This? My body is not able to support itself wit out clomid. I have another appointment in 3 days

1st lab in February:

2 months later after 25mg Clomid daily, vitamin D supplementation 10000iU, Vitamin K, and Zinc, Multivitamin with iodine and selenium. After the 2 month follow up, doctor instructed me to stop taking the clomid for 3 months then retest, to see how my body holds up on its own. She additionally told me to stop taking it because free testosterone was too high and unhealthy longterm. Why is this so high? Why is it bad?

3 month follow up after stopping clomid for 3 months, and yes I felt my mood go from good to crappy.

So now here I am with another appointment tomorrow with nothing to really go off. I have researched the High free testosterone level causes, could it be my SHBG is too low? what other things should I have them test for?

My albumin level is 4.6g/dL

@KSman I have a question for you. Before starting hormone treatment my basal levels of hormones were:

Test: 370ng/dL
LH: 9.9 HIGH, range 1.7-8.6
FSH: 2.6 mIU/ml range (1.5-12.4) this seems low
T4 (free): 1.36ng/dL
Prolactin: 9.3 ng/dL

You originally said to me Clomid nor HCG would work because my LH was already so high. How come my TT shot up from ~370ng/dL to 950ng/dL while taking clomid, with only a slight increase in LH level to mid 10? I ask because I have followed your protocol for hpta restart and tapered off clomid, used arimidex, and my body still failed to support itself on its own.

What other factors could cause this drastic change? Thanks in advance
