hello everybody i have been reading articles on here for awhile figured its about time i joined this great site. My name is Derek i am 23 years old i’m currently 256lbs from 115 at 6 foot 3 inches, i have been training hard for about four years now i’m excited too share some of my knowledge and also learn a lot more.
