Hahaha yes
I kind of enjoy the way you approach it. But I am guilty myself sometimes of being too harsh. I guess we must enhance our calm.
The problem with being to harsh is that people get defensive and their ego kicks in. You turn someone who searches for help and is ready to better himself into someone who rationalizes his behavior.
Yea i do also but i have noticed that sometimes i lose my āsmart with a bit of an asshole vibeā to just being rude, while i could have just not written anything. I need to work on my ājust dont post in this threadā feeling.
I will try to just post if i have something useful to say and if i feel that the topic is moronic i will just skip it. Just like i feel the need to stop people from cycling but then again i just spam into every other thread about it and it doesnt do any good, as people wont stop just because 1 dude on the forum said so.
I think youāre only wrong about this part. They definitely search for help but it seems the parties of conflict only accept the narrative they want to hear. If our advice doesnāt fit⦠they cry or lash out which makes me want to give them the written riot act. Alas, it does no good and as @hankthetank89 mentioned itās best just not to comment.
True sometimes. Iām any case itās better to give some solid advice and bash afterwards if itās not taken. Iāve often seen bashing before hand then a little advice which turned whole threads into a shit show from the get go. Iām not talking about you or hank specifically, you know I like you guys.
I often see stupid OP, then 3 guys bash him, then itās a shit show and then every advice thatās actually given is being ignored because the emotionally triggering messages are way more interesting,
Like my origianl question says, i was literally only looking for a bit of advice anyone might have on the longer acting esters compared to test prop. Didnt want this to get into me being slated to be honest, i come here for help as i couldnt find my answers on google and other forum threads etc. Sorry for reaching out guys and for those that gave me some advice, thankyou for your response ![]()
Thatās what happens often then, people think they arenāt welcome and they leave for somewhere else. You donāt have to go man. Do you remember your first male only recreational sports team?
A part of male spaces (which this subsection of the forum is 99%) is that you have to earn your spot. Iāve seen people come here, get trashed, then better themselves, read and back up what they say with logic or experience and become valuable members.
I remember when hank came on here, he got a lot of shit, now heās a respected member of the forum.
Stay the course, listen to the advice, be humble and youāll be respected in no time. Just try to give value, not only take it.
Asking questions = taking value
Implementing advice and sharing experiences = giving value

To much test, not enough AI.
Honestly though, I think for newish members asking questions in the pharma section there should be some kind of standard breakdown
- Gender/height/weight
- Training regimen / 1 or 5 RMs on the key major lifts
- Set goals
- Preferably an ānon-flexingā pic with blurred faced
- Cycle protocol
- Previous cycles ran/goals achieved
- Side effects, if applicable
- Chronic or acute medical issues, if applicable
- Any non PED medication being taken alongside current cycle
- Pre-cycle bloodwork, and if necessary bloodwork during cycle
After writing all of the above, I will say that I have more than once hesitated and bit my lip on many new posts because of the tenacity and plain foolishness of some of the OPs.
Lastly, most questions being asked in the pharma section would be better served in the nutrition and training sub-forums because most OPs donāt grasp even the basics of training, nutrition and rest.
If youāre 150lb at 6 feet tall and doing 500mg of test, 50mg Dbol and 400mg of tren and āCANāT SEE ANY GAINS! HELPā then your problem arenāt the drugs. Problem is many people know this but are still looking for a workaround to years of hard work, dedication, self-discipline and sacrifice.
Thereās not one point in your post that is unnecessary or can be debated. I agree whole heartedly and a form of your post or your post should be the new sticky post atop the pharma section.
Thereās gym etiquette and there should be a forum etiquette for newbies. Maybe Iāll just link your post under every lackluster new guys post on here.
I agree with you and typically ignore new member posts.
This thread was a good read, I really respect @hankthetank89 for stepping back and making himself a better person. Most people are incapable of doing that.
My knee jerk reaction is high E2, but as pretty much everyone else on here has said, bloodwork is needed
