So before you put words into my mouth saying I dont mind my business read what I said…at no point did I bother the individual (the person I dont know) that was wearing the hat. I come here to vent. I am also reminded why I have not posted in over 4 years. Again, I find a hat gets in my way more then it helps me do anything in the gym.

Again, you find it useful. I do not. Here in Cheyenne it gets pretty damn cold…So I may wear one to the gym but I take it off when working out. I find that when I go out of the gym it is all sweaty and makes it even colder when I go back outside.

Why haven’t you posted in 4 years? Because you can’t ignore the stupid comments and feel as if you have to explain to the anonymous peanut gallery every statement you make? I can see how that could be frustrating and time consuming.
If you post more (I’m hoping you do, this has been a great thread imo) I suggest not worrying when someone misinterprets your posts. The reading comprehension from a lot of these guys is outshined by 1st grade kids with dyslexia … so there’s always that.

That is really my point. It gets in my way when doine any bar shoulder press front or back. I normally work out and then run for about 30 min so the hat thing just does not work for me. I personaly dont like to wear a hat. But, with all the fuss I have seem to cause…I must be missing out. Who knew…

No joke…I do train in my Gas Mask sometimes. It is really hard to breath in and to it cuts your field of vision. I cant run as fare with it on; 150 yards maybe. But, I have to train with it.

No the people dont really bother me. I mean its not like I am working with them or that I even care what some internet gangster types on a thread. I have not posted in over 4 years because it seems no one can do anything but bash someone. It got to the point no one could really have a normal conversation about what was on their mind. I was thinking it may have gotten a little better but I see T-Nation will always be this way.

Good point. There are a lot of immature fucks who just want to have the “wittiest” comment. But there are a lot of insightful, intelligent people as well. You also have to take into consideration that this thread wasn’t the most … intriguing … of topics. So, it’s kind of a “you get what you put in” type of deal. Plus, GAL isn’t the most serious of forums anywho.
This site gains more members everyday. So, it may seem like there are more knuckleheads, but the ratio of knucklehead/intelligence might be the same as it was 4 years ago, the amount of members has increased making it a desert of dick jokes (nttawwt) with the occasional oasis of substance.
