Hard Time Hitting My Macro Targets

Yes that is what i suggest…others may disagree…

If you are eating a high protein diet and monitoring total kcal intake, the other macros will fall into place…

the hardest part of dieting isn’t even planning the macros…that is easy…

it is adjusting the diet a long the way…you need to know when to cut cals and when not too…and this is not a clear cut thing as fat loss occurs in non linear pattern…

at your bw, I would aim for 2lbs of fat loss a week…but, i wouldn’t cut cals unless i failed to hit that fat loss goal for at least 2 weeks…
