Hey - - I got a birthday twin, and a B Rock near-twin! Cool! Shhwett… is that like sweat? I get confused. I lifted a LOT yesterday. My alarm went off this morning, and I was sure it was a nightmare. My feet were even sore! Tried to massage them, after turning off the alarm, but it hurt too much. Motrin is my friend.
BUT - on the plus side, I lifted weights on my own & then spent about 4 hours helping paralyzed veterans compete in their weightlifting endeavors. So it was Well & Truly motivating. www.wheelchairgames.va.gov if you want to see any clips.
