Was formerly Bjs and Waffles, but XBOX live got tempermental.
In the interest of full disclosure:
- I generally only play Halo 3/Reach anymore when I’ve had a substantial amount to drink. (This will likely change once reach actually launches)
-My dog ate my mic, so I may or may not have one should I wind up playing with ya’ll.
-I start grad school in 3 weeks, so my occasional Halo foray may turn into once-in-a-blue-moon type frequency.
If all this is good to go, I’ll join the group.
My XBL tag is the same as my T-Nation name.

I’ve just joined, my gamertag is my full name (initials of which are in my name on here). I’ll mostly be playing Halo 3 though, I haven’t got ODST. Beta finishes in a few days anyway though.

I have 15 security roles to assign and hand out. Basically it just lets me give you a cool name so when our group grows, you will be recongnized as an origional (and hence badass) member. You get special priveledges and did I mention the cool name?
If you have a specific request, let me know. I’m going to start making some up but I can change them whenever so if you don’t like yours I can change it.

actually we could have names based on our actual play style. THAT would be cool.
I get a lot of kills per death and tend to survive for long periods of time, but my hair trigger reflexes leave much to be desired.
i’m better at using tactics to take people down and make a decent wingman. If we’re all bum rushing the base I’ll probably be the first one to die, but there have been hundreds of instances where I’ve walked the bomb or flag the entire length of the map without being discovered.

I would like to politely request a position.
Got some good names to use. I’l let you assign them as you see fit though:
For me, Enforcer or Goon would be nice.
Alternatively, a T-Nation based name like The Quadfather
or Bullet Sponge if someone isn’t playing particularly well…

Higher positions to better players? or is that too elitist?
I like the “Infiltrator” moniker, and the Bullet Sponge or Cannon Fodder award is hilarious.
other possibilities:
Specialist (for someone who excels at using heavy power weapons)
Sniper
Vehicle Specialist
Brawler (the guy who can tear it up with close range weapons and the AR most effectively.)
Ranger or Scout(the lone wolf)
I think the best part about playing with people you know is the communication aspect. When i say “coming left side” or “sniper on my X” i know i’m not talking to a wall.

I’ve gone 22 and 2 in some games, and 10 and 18 in other games.
if you play with good people, who communicate, you’ll do fine. We’ll be able to carry you on your off games, just make sure to keep the casualties to a minimum.
