So this summer I will possibly working at a training facility where I will have unlimited time to hit up the weights room. I will be hiring a strength coach to aid with training/nutrition… Part of my job will also include taking clients out 1-2 times a week for morning runs - anywhere between 2-3.5 miles at a time.
I will be lifting heavily throughout of course.
I am in need of a rapid body recomposition (something that is hard to work on at present due to exams/revision for my degree) and have been considering running another pro hormone cycle.
I was considering running H-Drol on account of reports of its parent compound, OT, reportedly having beneficial effects on cardio/endurance performance. From my one run with Havoc however I am all to aware of the possibility of calf/lower back pumps which for me became almost crippling at times!
Is H-Drol the best compound for this application?
Is there a better compound that has low cramps and no effect (or even an improvement) on cardio performance?
Outside of Taurine and some electrolyte supplements is there anything else that can be taken?
What actually causes the painful pumps/cramps when on some prohormones?
I won’t lie - it was a somewhat unhelpful response but I suspect this is down to my wording of my query - my mistake.
The PH would be used to assist in maintaining muscle mass/training intensity whilst in a calorific deficit… alternatively to aid in strength/mass gains should an excess be required… most likely the former however.
I am fully aware of the non-existence of “magic-pills”.
Anywhom - back to the original point:
Will H-drol interfere with cardio/endurance performance?

No PH is going to give you a body recomposition.

Why do you say this? [/quote]
I dont consider the temporary minimal gains that MAY come with PH use a body “recomposition”. When dieting I see no purpose in using PHs. Carb cycling, calorie deficit, lots of cardio will shed pounds away. Correct training/diet will aid in maintaining strength & muscle mass. What purpose would adding a PH here serve?
Judging by his post he hasnt spent much time in the gym as of late and is looking for a quick way to catch himself up with the demands of his new position. It seems as if correcting his diet should be of utmost importance not which PH to use.

I appreciate your concern and your assumption that I have not had much gym time/attention to diet as of recent is accurate.
However I do have some lifting experience and I will be hiring a professional strength and conditioning coach to aid with guidance for more optimal training/nutrition.
If with a strong nutritional and training base I can further my gains/reduce the time it took to reach them then I will do so as pressure is on me to look/perform the best I can as quickly as I can.
So just to reiterate - diet and training WILL be adequate.
Can we also forget about the term “recomposition”… I was referring simply to a change in body composition… a “cut” or a “bulk” will achieve this. I was not referring to “losing fat + gaining muscle” as I suspect you are referring to. A change in composition IS a recomposition.
I have not necessarily decided on using a PH or not yet - I do enjoy furthering my knowledge on the subject however.
So… does anyone have a reply to the original query/queries?
Well outside of improved training/nutrition/lifestyle/etc…
No… is there something else to consider?
Unless of course you are suggesting injectables and the such…
Then no I will not be using them - I will be staying at my families house for a good portion of the summer (8 months of the year I live by myself) and injectables are simply out of the question.
PH/DS Would be a last resort as it is anyway - I am just playing with possible options at present.
