Gyno - Puffy Nipples vs Lumps on Tren Cycle

I apologize. Sorry, I’m a science nerd.

In the future I’ll stay far away from these type of discussions.
There is another poster who claims high E2 levels are good.
Looks like an amateur trying to line his pockets.
Should I have avoided that one too?

Id rather deal with high-ish, higher E2, than be bottomed out. I guess your definition of high E2 could be different than mine.

I would prefer levels of 30-40 pg/dL.
Agreed! It definitely sucks when it bottoms out.

If you don’t feel anything hard then it’s likely a temporary thing. Regardless, taking nolvadex for 3 weeks isn’t likely long enough to have an impact. It needs to be taken for a longer period of time (if you actually have gyno that is). You’ll notice every 3rd post is someone talking about their nipples itching or being puffy. It’s likely just your body adjusting to hormonal changes. It takes a while to develop gyno so I seriously think you are fine but in the small chance you have it then nolvadex has a good chance of reversing it if you caught it within the first 12 months (according to many studies). I’ve never read caber helping with gyno. It will lower prolactin but you don’t know if you have high prolactin and that is a serious drug to take for something you aren’t sure you have. Definitely get blood work so you can see where you are.

You should go after that guy as hard as possible. He’s a YouTuber that hasn’t posted a single piece of corroborating evidence.

Are y’all talking about that group of nut cases in the trt section? Who are supposed Facebook doctors?

Man I took a look there the other day and was amazed at some of shit I saw.

Yep. That’s them.

I’m not claiming I know everything or even tons but I know enough to know that everyone is individual on what treatments work best.

When I see people give out experiences or ideas/theories as facts that will work for everyone no matter what that’s a huge red flag and extremely harmful IMO I almost jumped in a thread the other day but decided at the last moment to keep myself to the pharma section.

I dont know the whole crowd there but hopefully most people won’t listen blindly to the shit they were spouting.

I have been watching this guy lately. He is like a smaller version of a Rich Piana but more humble. He calls bullshit when he sees it. But this guy is more educated. Not just bro science education either.

So I have this love hate relationship for these IFBB pros on YouTube and the other juice bros there. They all have a lot of good info but most of them follow up their good info with garbage.

But I will say Greg gives out probably IMO what is some of the best overall advice. What I really like about him is he makes it clear your diet and training is what gets you results not how much oil you can slam in your ass cheek.

Don’t get me wrong I’m big on high doses and multiple compound cycles and experiments but if your gonna run intense cycles you need to be able to really devote the time to get the most out of them.

Bros who run tren and other serious shit who hit the gym three times a week and eat McDonald’s “because i didn’t have time to cook” then make a post saying “500mg tren a week but not seeing the results I expected” make me want to blow my gasket.

Oh and Greg’s cat is awesome

“fantastic information there lads. much appreciated.” i’ll make sure i put sarcasm tags around it next time for you zeek

cheers for the reply mate! there are no hard lumps this cycle (i had 1 on each side last cycle and 3~4 weeks nolva shut them right down). the puffiness has started to come down in the last few days after stopping HCG over a week ago so i think the HCG was spiking my E2 levels and i wasnt taking enough adex to keep it down. i assume my prolactin levels are also higher than they should be from the tren

from doing a bit of reading around, tren induced prolactin gyno will only come about if you have both high E2 and high prolactin. so it makes sense that after reducing my E2 in the last week or so the puffiness has gone down (even though my prolactin may be still too high)
