I would like to know if anybody knows of a gym in the Hudson Valley area (NY) that has a prowler or a sled available indoors. I am moving back to my home town soon and I have a back injury which is forcing me to lay off the squats and deadlifts until it is fully healed. In my experience step-ups and lunges just don’t cut it to build strength…and I hate the leg press. I have a sled of my own, but it can only hold about 225lbs. Plus running outside in the winter is a big bitch (I hate the fucking cold).
If anyone has any info I would appreciate it, thanks!
