I was wondering if anyone got decent results from Mag-10, in conjunction with GVT2k? Being I can only workout once a day, this info would be helpful!
I’m on it now. Doing the steroid diet on Mag-10 with GVT2K. I’ve been on it 11 days now, and dropped from 180 to 172. I’m 5-7. No cardio as I’m waiting on knee surgery. I’m sure at least half the weight is water, since the diet is practically ketogenic and the thermogenics are making me piss like a race horse, but I can definately see shrinkage in my ab area. Strength has stayed the same, which is good given my rapid weight loss and overall crappy feeling given the diet.
