Gun Love II

We have had 22lr consistently for the last 4 months. Around 10cents a round. not preban, but cheaper than the rest of my calibers. I’m in Southern Indiana.

Maiden3_16 - where did that stippling come from? That photo bucket has some fantastic work.

needresults- Thanks man! The work is mine

Great looking stippling!

I’ve added a couple to the collection. I’ve always been a 1911 guy, but I’m giving the Glock a shot. I’ve carried an officer size Kinber for years but wanted a higher capacity carry gun. I got a 19 for carry and a 35 for practice and competition. I scored a KKM 9mm conversion barrel for cheap, I’ll eventually thread it and build or buy a can for it eventually. I like them, but still struggling with the factory triggers. I’m determined to master the stock hardware before starting mods, and I’m keeping everything the same between the comp gun and carry gun.

I wish that I liked Glocks as they’re inexpensive, reliable and parts and accessories are everywhere. But I owned a 19 for a while and couldn’t like it.

I am a big fan of Sigs. I own a p226 and a p239, both in .40/.357 sig. They feel great in my hand and their triggers are fantastic.

I’m actually doing a half-assed job of trying to sell that pistol as I need the money for a gunsafe.

I’ve also recently acquired a police trade in Remington 870 Police Magnum. If there’s a firearm that can beat Glock for reliability and inexpensive easy to find parts and accessories it’s the 870.

For those of you who don’t know, you can’t beat police trade ins for value. You just have to find the dealer who buys up all the police and sherrif’s office trade-ins in your area and do a little research to know what you’re looking for. They can be cosmetically rough but they aren’t fired much and usually are almost as good as new on the inside.i

Love my Sig p226 and have owned single stack p238 and p938. They are fantastic shooters. I see a legion in my future. But the full and mid size are just a bit heavy to carry, a least in any way I’ve found. I like the polymer models better for this. I prefer a hammer fired DA/SA FNHs, but striker fired have served me well. For this, for some reason, I’ve moved to glocks.

Just picked up a MPDC trade in Glock 19 gen2. Like Uncle_Gabby said. Holster wear, but the internals look like it’s never been fired. This is going to become a project gun (read money pit). I’m planning on performing a grip reduction and upgrade the hardware. I already have a zev trigger in my G23, anyone have any experience with others?

What did use to get the affect of the one pictured in the thread? I’m going to be doing a grip reduction on a Gen 2 glock and will need to restipple it.

Just saw you are running a business. What’s your lead time?

If you want to send something wait on the reduction I can do that. About a 2-5 day turnaround right now Polymer Refined dot com

I’ll have a Glock 19 that will be needing some stippling. Someone on Instagram recommended polymer refined has no idea you were here.

VP9 > Glock17

No lie. Thing is amazing.

That is pretty sweet.

Has anyone owned or used a Windham AR-15? I’m eyeing one up for $850, but wanted to do a little research on the brand first.

Have not shot one, but finger fucked a bunch and it WAS my next purchase (AR-10 though) outside an upper in 6.5 Grendel

But I just got ass raped by tyrants and can’t buy anymore semi automatic rifles.

They’re too scary for you yanks…

Interesting look at mass shooting statistics from likely most liberal rag in known world.

One glaring column shows mental illness over and over (intuitive of course to those of that are sane)

Yes a 16 inch with an adjustable trigger, topped with a vortex 3-9. Great rifle.
