Speaking of modern day turbos. Most Jetfire Turbo owners had the factory remove the turbo systems and put on a regular carb. I don’t believe the corvair turbos were all that reliable either. In my mind, FI is a requirement for a turbo. Unless you want to run pig rich.

It looks like the UAW is getting a 55% stake in Chrysler, but they only get one seat on the board. At first I was thinking giving the UAW a 55% stake is lunacy, but with only one seat I can’t see them influencing Chrysler’s decisions more so than in the past. Unless they can call a vote to oust the board and replace it with a favorable one, their majority stake isn’t to worrisome.
