Got my Labs & Prescription, Questions

Split personality or are you referring to you and Scott? As I pinged you before on here many times, you are more than welcome after chuckling to come on over to this thread and refute with much gusto all that I have written. Funny, I haven’t seen you over there.

Nice use of straw man on the in-vitro vs in-vivo bit.

When you are participating in a large, uncontrolled study in which the outcome is not known, it would be of benefit to you (and your patients) for you to exercise some degree of caution and be a little more humble instead of your typical responses filled with logical fallacy. I don’t know, I would just expect a little more from a medical provider, call me old fashioned.

Question, is the way you conduct yourself on here consistent with how you operate your practice? Are your patients given the appropriate informed consent regarding the therapies and methods you use?

There are four pillars of medical ethics which are defined as follows:

  • Autonomy – respect for the patient’s right to self-determination
  • Beneficence – the duty to ‘do good’
  • Non-Maleficence – the duty to ‘not do bad’
  • Justice – to treat all people equally and equitably.

I’d love more education on my errors. Thanks in advance for your time.

P.S. Your thoughtful response to my post

here

would also be appreciated. Wouldn’t take much more time than the ridicule you do and may actually help someone on here.
