I am new to good mornings and westside. I have been trying to read all the westside info on this board, and i am slowly getting through it. If anyone can give me some tips on how to do GM’s it would be great.
I’ll let Coach Davies explain it for me. Search for “Hamstrings from Hell” in the search engine. It explains ways to do all kinds of good mornings.
I would rather you look to westside for good mornings. You can also check out for some of my videos. type videos in the search and look for my thread.
Yes goldberg’s video will help greatly. Without it I would still be wondering how to keep the damn bar from rolling onto my neck…lol
But also note that Goldberg goes a lot ‘deeper’ in his Good mornings than a large percentage of other people I have seen/know.

cyco, you need to sit back, use your hams and glutes and hit parallel. Most people don’t know how to do them, that’s why you see them doing them differently than Goldberg. Sit back on them, that’s all you need to think about when you’re doing them and the movement will become natural.
