Does that look like the correct milled flaxseed? Also what would you say (in oz) is the correct serving per day?
Dont think so. From the sounds of it you have wheat with a little flax mixed in. Not sure however. It should just be called Flax meal
That sounds like pasta, not milled flaxseeds
I agree with the rest. Go to Wal-Mart and with all the vitamins, fish oils, etc., there should be a nice shiny gold bag of Flax seed. That is the stuff I get.

Hodgson Mill’s does sell a milled flax seed, but this sounds like pasta.
Also, if you were to take in 10 oz. of milled flax, you had better strap a toilet to your ass.
