I am 5’5 and 125 lbs. But I am really flabby I have these little love handles and soft little moobs. And the gut is starting to get out of control. I estimate my lean body mass to be 95 lbs. I’ve heard some great things about the V-Diet and want to give it a go. But I’m an intense person and I’m looking to get SHREDDED in time to sport an 8pack for summer. I think I can handle a more rigorous version. I was thinking I’d eat 3/4 the recommended calories and taking extra HRX. Maybe a bit of BCAAs. Thoughts?
One more ridicuulous V-Diet post and I SWEAR my fucking head is going to EXPLODE!!!
One last question. I was thinking of topping off my shred with that new ‘6 Days to Shredded’ plan. But my lean body mass is roughly on par with Mary Kate Olsen. Is this going to effect the visual results? Will I still look SWOLE when I’m done?
