In my opinion the pictures don’t prove anything. He has wet hair in the thin pic. If my hair is wet or dirty sometimes it looks thin. Then I wash and and when it dries voila… no more thin spots. I think ego and ones mind plays tricks on them when they are looking for problems. I don’t mean any disrespect by this post and hope all works out for u and u are happy. But to me the pics don’t do it for me

Those are valid points, but the real interest to me at least is the impact to serum DHT from topical dutasteride. Those are pretty good results. He may or may not have grown back hair, but the serum results show that one could potentially stop or significantly slow down MPB and likely not have any side effects associated with the oral products.
Right. Dry hair at <50% can still sometimes look full.
I am somewhat happy if I can keep enough to look alright without side effects.

I just want to warn everybody about @mustang2 .
The guy has been active in several forums trying to push dr Mwamba’s products and he has being contradicting himself constantly, while getting into fights with people showing his non-sense.
He had 12/13 hair transplants and uses topicals to keep them. He was going around telling people to take AIs or zinc to counteract 5-ar inhibitors side effects. It seems now he changed his mind on that too.
Anyway, there are several people who got sides from topical dutasteride or topical finasteride, because obviously a percentage will go systemic. I’m one of them.
He claimed himself to have had insane anxiety when he upped the dose.
Topicals are your best bet if you want to do something about your hair loss, but don’t think there won’t be any systemic absorption.

I’ve been on several hair forums for 16 years now… I only spoke about topical dutasteride last year and shared my results which were using Liposomal by another pharmacy, not Mwamba.
I use topicals to keep my transplanted hairs? Are you really this stupid or is this a joke? When did I say take an AI? I have never even touched an AI? Zinc yes, it’s an estrogen blocker therefor can increase LH and Test.

Yes, I had side effects with higher dosages, any moron knows you can have side effects on a massive dose of topical anti androgens. I was trying to see how far I could push it.
My DHT is 333 ng right now using 0.1% topical dutasteride. It was 185 with oral finasteride.
So … pretty damn good. Still no hair loss

Ok straight up i too had a serious feeling that @mustang was being very pushy for the fueclinic products…i started thinking if he was (and probably is) getting kickbacks and or discounts for his personal hair treatments/surgeries from fue…the more he can advertise and sell the better for him…thats the heavy feeling i got but i kept it to myself.
I have not bought the fue dutasteride and it seems waiting for more info turned out to be beneficial for me.

You do realize that you have to take someone’s money to scam them right? My advice on here and forums has always been for free. Nobody in the Spanish forum has called me a scammer, ever. I love Dr Mwamba, he did 4 surgeries on me and I had had success with his formula so I will always recommend it. I am not on his payroll nor earn a commission or free products doing so. The man is a genuinely nice human bean.

So if you had hair transplants, why did you post pictures before and after supposed dutasteride application? Transplants is a much more drastic measure than any topicals, so any effects must be first attributed to surgeries.

I have not had surgery on my crown area which is where I apply the product and take pictures …
In fact I was scheduled to have one and I didn’t need to because it filled in completely.
Hence I shared my experience with the world but apparently that makes you a scammer. Anyways, I don’t have time for this crap, you have been warned, I am a scammer.

Well…theres a certain limit i have to trying new things. Unless there is solid proof that it works… i wont invest my time and money into the product. And with the photos @mustang showed, i was sold. But obviously now those results arent so… Promising. I really was hoping they were.
I can tell you from personal experience that few people saw results with a monotherapy of topical 5-ar. And they are natural.
His case, transplants or not, is borderline. He had pretty low testosterone and DHT as baseline, so obviously more chances of success.
Derek at more plates more dates got his hairs destroyed on a monotherapy of oral dutasteride while on 120 mg of testosterone propionate.
I’m on 150 mg of testosterone per week and I use a topical cocktail which include finasteride, progesterone, estriol, CB-03-01, cetirizine and ricinoleic acid and I can just maintain with that.
I’m gonna take out finasteride from it and up the progesterone concentration because 5-ar inhibitors are terrible in terms of brain fog in my case. A single application of topical dutasteride 0.25% gave me brain fog for 6 weeks. Topical finasteride is more tolerable in my case, but to run my business I need my mind as sharp as possible, hence why I’m stopping it.
