Getting My Strength Back?

I just finished dieting for 16 LONG weeks. Now that I’m eating carbs again, how long will it take me to regain the strength I had prior to dieting?

My photo shoot went OK, but I should have looked better. I looked drier and leaner at the end of depleting, than I did after carbing up. I was holding too much water at the end, even though I didn’t really drink any the last 24 hrs, and I also still felt hungry. So I don’t know what happened, maybe I ate too many carbs?

thats a possibility. thats exactly why i like a “depletion of sorts” for the last day to take care of all that carb up water retention. it takes care of that problem. better luck next time.

It sort of pissed me off that I didn’t look as good as I wanted, but next time I will definately deplete on the last day, and not mess with the sodium. I should also not wait to last minute to get my info! When I had cheat days while dieting, I noticed I always looked best 24hrs after the cheat day, so I guess your idea of depleting on the last day may help me
