Getting Bored

I am sticking to heavy squats bench press and chinups (weighted)and of course deadlifts. but to tell you the truth im getting pretty bored and i see some other fun looking exercises such as push jerks, as i have mentioned this before i have not done them. Are they a good mass builder? Or am i going to be wasting my time doing them?

I do front squats too but i prefer back squats.

Aside from that what can i expect from push jerks (Benefits)

If you want to do them the simple fact that it will stop boredom in the gym seems like the best benefit to me. Try them and see if you get anything out of them. 1 person mite find them useless but the next could find that doing them helps them boost their bench by 10kg. Only one way to find out mate
