Hey everyone, Im 29yrs. and 235lbs. with ~20%bf. I have talked my doc into giving me endogenous test to bump me up into the high/normal range after we see where my free testosterone levels are now.
Yeah, i go to get my blood work done in the morning. I have heard that your test levels fall off sharply after an intense workout. Should I work out first thing(right before the blood is drawn) to minimize the test levels so my doc will prescribe the max amount? What other things can I do to help get the maximum prescription? all replys appreciated.
Get a very poor nights sleep. Also, when you lift, overtrain. Shoot for 2 hours, dragging yourself from exercise to exercise.
I think there is a spike followed by a trough with the spike being imediately pwo, then declining. Try to find something on the post workout g.h. release and the timeline of the uptake and breakdown. It would suck to go in with levels at an all time high.
Actualy this would be a good question for the Cy-Borg.

Good luck man
that’s what i’m talkin about! thanks guys…
I’m curious to know how exactly you talked him into it? Think you could give us a brief synopsis? Thanks.
I have a progressive GP. I popped a five and went in and told him what i wanted up front. He was happy to help me. Mind you, I’m just trying to get into the high normal range for a couple of years, I want to have a family as well as a 600lb bench!
