Gear and Work

I was just thinking about this this morning. I am about to start a Test E cycle that was going to include some Paperbol to kick it off , but thinking about it furthur I realized that I would not fit into my current uniform .
I have 2 shirts that are bigger but no larger pants, I know some people are going to say “well just get some new ones before you cycle”, it usally takes 2 mths (no kidding) to get new stuff in.
Now im no Coleman but I am larger and leaner that most of my co-workers/empolyees and I get the “juice monkey” crap even when Im clean.

How does everyone at hide it at work? (assuming you have to )

You don’t hide it. It’ll get noticed no matter what.

Just say something like,“No I’m not juicing, but thanks for the compliment.” or “I go to the gym to make progress, not spin my wheels.” or something else along those lines.

Or tell them that you’ve been doing everything right lately(sleep, nutrition, consistency in the gym, etc.)

Most of the time people who say shit don’t put in the time or effort that you do anyway, which is 99% of the population.

That shit happens to me It’s that most of the people is fat or over the limit, and they don’y like to see different people doing well. Not everybody but a lot of people do.

Tell them like they say at the gym “It is the diet and cardio”
