No, that is an all-encompassing issue for life and liberty are also property rights.
Insofar, the idea that you can distinguish between “economic” and “social” rights is simply the wishful thinking of people who wish to enjoy their rights without respecting your property.
I.e., they want their property to be sacrosanct and yet want to steal from you.
