I’ve been reading some of Dr. Berardi’s articles, and I too recall seeing something about a quick PWO shake being chocolate milk. What specifically makes it a good choice?

Thanks,

Availability, flavor, and the fact that it contains protein.

It’s great for kids and the general population (after physical activity, of course).[/quote]

Hey Dave long time no talk you secluded non-getting in touch with a bro canadian bastage

Sorry for the hi-jack. Just wanted to add on to what Dave replied and say the choice of the Chocolate milk (low fat, or Skim IMO) would also be for Milks Odd not completely understood property of making or Insulin spike pretty darn high would it Not?? Add in the Sugars that they added to the flavored variety (further spike) and you have a pretty good, not optimal, but pretty good replacement when you are sans Surge.

Thats my take anyhow.
