what kind of gains should I expect, assuming training and diet are spot on?

You should expect muscular gains with minmal fat gain. Maybe some gains in your tits if you don’t do it right.

More importantly, how much of your gains you keep will be determined mostly by your PCT.

If I tell you 20 would that stop you from going for 30 if 30 is your goal (not saying that it is)?

It’s an unanswerable question. Just set a goal and meet it.

Why even set a finite amount?

What is your ultimate goal? Why don’t you just make it your goal to “gain as much mass as possible”?

Would frontloading at 680mg and then running the cycle in the window of 8-10 weeks provide a safer route to gains and recover?

Your definitely correct in regards to my understand of AAS. Idk what your referring to as “my understanding of much”. What I have learned so far is that the longer you run a cycle like this you become more prone to its side effects. And as a newbie user who is just learning how his body reacts to the test/AI’s and doesn’t know the difficulty level of his recovery, I wonder why run a long first cycle? That’s my logic behind the post, if it’s wrong please feel free to correct it. I am not here to share my understand of anything (since apparently I don’t have much anyways) or argue, but to learn from researching and asking questions when necessary.

First off, Your gains are going to be determined on your eating, rest and busting your ass in the gym, IN THAT ORDER.
