What am I doing wrong?
Calorie intake: 3000-5000cal a day. ( drinking a gallon of water a day ).
Supplements: Protein, Carbohydrates, and Creatine Monohydrate.
Lifting: I stick to the compound movements like squats, deadlifts, bench, powercleans. I lift heavy when I can and have light days (for technique), lifting 4-6 times a week depending on my classes for about 1- 1 1/2 hrs.
Goal: SIZE, at least 175-185llbs of muscle.
I have been lifting for a year and a half, slightly more. ( I still consider my self novice because of little gains ).
All my life i have been skinny, have a fast metabolism.
Any advice would be helpful,
