Funny Things Christian People Do

Here’s some of the funny stuff Muslims do…

Comparatively, I’d say talking vegetables teaching kids about Christianity is a non-issue…

People tend to rebel against the biggest influences in their lives.Christianity is a big influence in american culture so they mock it,to many it only represents a attempt at guilting them into doing something.Islam represents terrorism in their lives so they hate it.Paganism…most people wonder what the hell it is.Hinduism? umm what now? It wouldn’t even occur to most people they could make fun of these religions or dont feel the need to because it dooesnt mean anything to them.

Right? I mean WTF?

I am almost disappointed by the lack of hatred and anger in this thread.

My prediction was a fail

I’m really sorry that so many of you have had such a negative experience with Christianity. Allot of the experiences you relate to “being Christianity” really have nothing to do with it at all.

I figured not ragging on Mulsims (get it? ‘Ragging’? On Muslims?) WAS the change of pace.

what are religions but central myths, ethics and rituals that bring communities together. When you criticize one religion, your essentially making fun of your own. They all boil down to the same things.

By definition, alcoholics anonymous is a religion. Our god is Robert Downey Jr.

This is a really good point, which for some reason did not occur to me. Well said. I also agree with what BrownTrout said–most of the things classified as “Christian” have in fact nothing to do with Christianity or being a christian.

Dude, I think that show is funny. I never saw it growing up, and only see it occasionally when I’m at family reunions/Christmas/Thanksgiving and my relatives’ small ones are running around, but it is very entertaining. I don’t see the problem.

You can’t say everybody’s got a water buffalo when everyone does not have a water buffalo! We’re going to get nasty letters in the mail saying, “Where’s my water buffalo? Why don’t I have a water buffalo?” and are you prepared to deal with that? I don’t think so!
