Most memes are kind of kind of easy to understand after you see it tow or three times…but I’ve seen this one done about 15 times on T-Nation itself and haven’t been able to discern the pattern so that I know when it’s to be used.
I think actually that this Scooby Doo one may be the one that may have possibly helped me to ‘get’ it. Maybe.

Yeah, I think even when I get it it’s just not doing it for me …the one with the guy saying “FFffffffuuuu” is a little better, but I also don’t get when to use it properly.
