Football Skills

I’m new to the t-mag forum and so I don’t know if this has been previously posted. I was looking for exercises that improve other football skills besides strength and power. I was looking specifically for exercises and programs that improve agility, balance, hand eye coordination, and exercises for short quick bursts. What do the NFL and Division I teams use for their players? Any suggestions, routines, or exercise are appreciated. The more painful, intense, and out of my comfort zone, the better. Thanks a lot.
