Beef liver, beef heart, beef tongue, duck, sauerkraut (but only when i mix it with something else), and brussel sprouts.
beef heart is just plain delicious, people don’t like it because they won’t try it. as for the liver and sprouts, just throw in some bacon and both of them are great.
raw, unpasteurized milk is also pretty good in my book.
I can’t stand liver, I mean that shit makes me gag. I tried it with onions, holding my nose, still no dice.

Sauerkraut cooked into scrambled eggs or scrambled egg whites. Also good (to me): the preceding with beans cooked in, or with carrots cooked in (but not both beans and carrots). I first tried it because I thought it would be a convenient way to eat sauerkraut, beans, and egg whites and would be “acceptable”. I was surprised how nicely the flavors and textures blended together.[/quote]
Think I’ll have to buy some sauerkraut and give that one a go. Sounds like it would be amazing with sriracha.
Brussels sprouts have been said before, but I eat them every day so that’s definitely a major one for me. In fact, pretty much all of the cabbage cultivars are amazing (particularly the sprouts and bok choy though).
Sauerkraut with sausage and spicy mustard = winning !!!
Plain rice cakes.
i guess there´s are a lot of unusual stuff in my diet that the “average” guy would dislike.
But, to be a bodybuilder its part of the whole thing to eat as much unprocessed, fresh & healthy foods
that you can get - isnt it ? Theres just no room for fries, white bread, burgers, marinied meat.
But get back to topic . I´m really a fan of Herring , for several good reasons:
firstable its cheap, (far more than chicken, meat )
2. serves you with omega3 Fats.
3. Its wild ! nothing farm raised
4. serves you with important Vitamin D. ( only 2 ounces are match your daily intake well)
5. It is one of the most creatine dense foods you can afford - even more than you´re loved read meat - which
has about 1/3 of creatine compare to herring…
I love me some human organ meat. Tried it in China’ it’s great - a bit like pork
you´re kidding ? if not, thats weird bro !
Lol weird and illegal…/ u sure it was actually human? Not just animal organs? Back to topic, i love liver, beef liver, chicken liver, lamb liver, breakfast lunch or dinner.

Liar. Why would organ meat taste like pork?
