@losthog I tried making it with 100% cacao chocolate while the corned beef cooked, but it wound up better as the original recipe specified (cocao powder). I’ll keep ya posted… This one is definitely going to get tried and refined

That’s actually a pretty sweet idea. Panera Bread has an egg sandwich like that, but on I think Brie so it’s not so healthy… I might try this.
