I have tried LOTS of tacos but never hog’s head cheese tacos. I can’t even stand looking at it.

Interesting! If I was going to make one right now- the only thing I’d do differently(ingredient wise) would be a nice spicy brown mustard with the slaw instead of the cherry pepper dressing.
And if I wanted a little more sweet I’d do basil/sour cream on the turkey side of the bread, but not with mustard.
That would be like a head on colission of flavors to me.

The Valkyrie has entered @SkyzykS ‘ pizza arena
We got our sourdough starter in a good way and took it on a maiden voyage with some pizzas. Sourdough crust, some legit pizza sauce, a combination of mozzarella and cheddar (grated by hand, so no cellulose to prevent melting), and then, to REALLY upset the Italians, pineapple and pachetta (some diced, some sliced) with black olives.
I had 4 slices. I could have had 4 pizzas. It was beautiful.

Oh man! Nothing better. I’ve been meaning to start one for ever, and you’d think it wouldn’t be much of a thing. But somehow it is.

We are so excited to experiment with this. Last night she had to make “crowd pleasers”, since the in-laws were in town, and my MIL has a very unadventurous palate (she commented “Well I’ve never had a pizza with pineapple on it before, but I suppose I could give it a try…”). Soon enough I’m sure I’m going to have us build a Noah’s Ark with 2 of every animal on it.
