The easiest way is to just sub out a GF flour blend. I like cup4cup.

I’m not a big GF guy, but I think if you add an additional starch source, like you would with potato rolls or cornbread, it’s pretty difficult to tell the difference.

@twojarslave I don’t know if you’ve done this yet with your cast iron, but its pretty awesome. I didn’t preheat the pan or anything, but did have the oven set at 500°, baked for about 20 min. Light coat of olive oil, and it was bellissimo. :ok_hand:.

Got a rabbit from Chinese market two days ago and came up with an impromptu dinner

Rabbit sausage, confit rabbit bonbons, rabbit and caramelised onion tartlet, carrot purée, rabbit rillete, rabbit consommé, rabbit gravy and homemade bread

Yeah, I feel bad for the person who recieved that burrito. Its not like a major letdown, but its not minor either. And the fork thing? NO.

I’m a crunch wrap/pocket guy. I’ve been working on my food folding a good bit lately, and thats where I’m hanging my hat.

Egg Rolling too. With the right consistency, temp control and hardware, you can do some really cool stuff with beaten eggs.

I’m not really a practitioner of ketosis, but I don’t really need to be to enjoy these little yum yums.
