Hot sauce made from homegrown fermented Serrano peppers, black pyramid salt, white wine vinegar and lime juice. I am calling it Black Racer hot sauce.
The picture is kinda dark but it’s three ribeye steaks (cooked medium) with a crap load of shrimp that was cooked in garlic butter sauce.

No, I’m not a fan of sauces
some I saw were not so much a sauce (like cream or gravy), but light zest like lemon in oil
Ahh okay. I think a drizzle of garlic infused olive oil would have been nice
