Following Up Pillars of Strength

My girlfriend just broke up with me. Her reasoning: I pay more attention to my workouts and nutrition than I do to her. I wanted to get rid of my skinny ass legs, so I started CT’s pillars of strength, ate like a horse, and stopped drinking/partying. Guess I’m no fun after all that.

My thoughts? Dating her didn’t put 3/4" inch on my thighs.

Moving on, this is my last week of POS. Any recommendations for a follow up legs program? I’d say my puny calves are the most disproportionate part of my body. Pillars helped my upper legs gain mass and strength, and I loved it for that, but my calves are still at 14" and 13 5/8"… pretty bad for 5’10" 180lbs. It’s been almost impossible for me to add mass and strength to my legs before POS. I’m up for anything, leg pain is fun.

LOL, classic.

Hey man, you got lucky! It would have been worse if she stuck around and tried to change you. Remember, if a girl ever gets to close or wants to get married or some kind of crap like that, dump her!

Ok, now seriously for legs try these articles:

Ian King is awesome. It’s a shame I haven’t seen much from him lately, guess he’s to busy for us now :(. These are the type of articles that put Testosterone on the map.

Some of you newer members should really take the time to look up some of the older articles. Just use the search for what ever you like. These older articles built the foundation of what Testosterone is today…Seriously, great info.

Looks like I know what my new years resolution is going to be… at least the first 12 weeks of it. Thanks Pat

try Scott Abel’s last post “hell on wheels”… did it for 5 weeks about a month ago and regained over an inch possibly more of my leg mass… back up to 26" now, 16.5" for calf which is not bad for 5"8 78kg and under30 " waist.

seriously with this program and some serious nutrition in january i know i can get close to 27", which would truly look ridiculous for my size. but thats what its about, right?
