So I’m using the overhead press, floor press and bench for my three upper body movements. I know those are listed as A, B, and C movements but my floor press 3RM = 190 and my bench is 175… So being that my bench is less, do I switch them or how exactly should I ramp up?

In that case (fairly rare… are you performing the floor press properly?) do the bench before the floor press.
