Is there a respectable certification for Stretching or Flexablity?

This kinda thing happens when Im use to abusing the spell checker.
The reason Im asking Is a I saw on a web site a guy who stated he was certd in flexibility. Never heard of that cert so I wondered if it was bullshit.
Theres different methods that people claim make you more flexible, strong, etc, etc, blah, blah. Maybe hes certified in a specific method of increasing flexibility.
If I thought that smoking shamrocks and then stretching a certain way increased flexibility, I could copyright my method and offer certifications to people who wanted to pay to come to my clinics to learn my method of flexibility.
For example, go to the Random Acts page and click on the thread thats titled something about “DJM”. Thats a method for achieving strength through joint manipulation that you can be certified in.
