Fish oil caps

Hi everyone,

After reading JBs Kitchen II I realized this was about the 3rd time I hear somenoe say he takes his fish oil caps only with solid food meals.
Why?

The only reasoning I can see is that it will stop you from getting fish oil burps. When you take the caps and a liquid meal only, yummy those burps are a pleasure.

Jb most likely has some deeper reasoning behind it, but this is reason enough for me.
