Im going to run Advanced Muscle Science’s 1-Andro and 4-AD and follow it up with AROM-X.
It says to run 1ml in morn and 1ml 8 hours later but im run it 3x a day and bust my ass for 3 weeks.
Im going to bump my cal to 4000-5000 a day and run with this.

You’re not going to get anything out of that three week cycle besides some strength, if that. I would personally stay away from pro hormones. For the price you paid for that stuff you couldve gotten 12 weeks worth of test. Waste of money in my opinion. Enjoy your minimal gains. Next time man up and stick yourself
I actully was sent this to try out so free was a great price,lol.
I have ran a couple cycles of “GEAR” and was on my break… Test and dbol worked good but test and decca felt great all around.

You’ve run a couple cycles and you look like that? No offense but something is WAY off.
No offense taken. I started at 148lbs
and am at 195 in that pic… I only ran 250mg wk testc for 10wk with 25mg dbol a day for a 4wk kick start. 6 week off then 12 week 300mg teste and 10wk 150mg decca. I dont lift for size so much but more for strength… Dont think the first gear was that great quality but the second run was great. Im still learning, but i will get there.
