Haha, during first few years of secondary school I couldn’t even do 1 plate ahaha. That’s good mate, deadlift has always been the one I liked the least because of back injuries. What cycle you running at the moment?

Currently running 600mg test e p/w, 3 weeks left. Dead and squat up 30kg and bench 15ish.
Might add that was the first 8 weeks. Finishing up the cycle with volume to put on some size with my new strength :grin:

Thanks mate, yes my goal is to compete in bodybuilding. I keep wanting to do it but put it off as I don’t think I have the size to be competitive yet. Maybe UKBFF Ultimate beginner next year. How you felling while cruising? I had a few weeks off feeling a bit off after cycling off

That is great increases in numbers. I think next cycle I will go to 500mg test e p/w. For the first four weeks I trained high volume but the last 8 it was low volume heavy training. Next cycle I am going to train higher volume and try put on more size.

I kinda wish I would have just stuck to the higher volume the whole way through to put on some serious size. But I guess theres nothing better than being stronger to sper growth down the track.

when do you guys start feeling extra energy, endurance and strength?

in first 3 weeks it was barely noticeable almost nothing except libido skyrocketed

I would say after week 4/5 I started feeling like I was on something.

Definitely week 4 I noticed strength increases. Size a little bit later.
Now that you mention it, I remember feeling the endurance pick up quite early on, like 3 weeks. Could do a 3 hour gym session with no dramas.

Did you have any problems with lower back pumps? I would be in quite a lot of discomfort before even reaching my top sets.

Yeah buddy, south coast of England. Hopefully one day mate. I am a fan of Dorian Yates and train HIT style. Day 1- Back, day 2- chest and biceps, day 3- rest, day 4- legs, day 5- shoulders and triceps, day 6- rest and then just repeat on day 7. 3/4 exercises each body part with one set on each exercise taken to failure and beyond. I have been doing around 300g protein and 500g of carbs.

No never had any issue with lower back, it was shoulders for me. Get to the point I couldn’t lift my arms and was only on a few shoulder sets, would really make the rest of my session a pain sometimes.
