Were your hands shaking? You may have been “honey-combing” the tissue while you had the needle inside, making tiny lacerations and causing it to bleed when you retract the needle.
Try resting your palm near the injection site and making the process as quickly (yet controlled) as possible. Be sure to taunt the skin. Pull the tissue back a bit with your opposite hand. This should help to “seal” the temporary cavity left behind from the needle being removed.
A little update.
Have gone on a diet to lose a bit of the weight. Carbs in the morning, usually oats and a banana, and the rest protein with a few vegies throughout the day. Sunday carb up day.
Sitting about 105kg, was hoping for less, so have completely cut out the carbs as of this morning.
Managed to pull 200kg last night. Looked horrible, tons of hitching from the knees onwards. Managed a 190kg dead that would pass in competition, smooth controlled movement.
Have been getting more into olympic lifts, and learning how to snatch. Managed a 75kg snatch last night.
Training has been a bit off because I managed to hurt my thumbs and they have taken 2 weeks to recover. Will be hitting it hard in the morning. Some 20 rep squats for punishment.

This week will be that last week of my cycle. Starting Monday I will start the stasis period for 6 weeks and then into my PCT.
Recent PBs include
190kg squat
120kg 20 rep breathing squats
Overall I am ecstatic with how the cycle went, and looking forward to another one
Will update this at the end of the stasis period, with some pics, and once again when the PCT is finished.
Question for those in the know, how should I be training and eating during the stasis period?[/quote]
During the stasis period, you will be on significantly less gear and will not be able to do as intense of workouts because of your body’s decreased capacity to do so. Drop the volume some, but keep the intensity high and stay in the low rep range to keep strength. Otherwise you will overtrain and lose muscle mass.
As for stasis diet, I am not sure. I would recommend at least maintenance calories, if not a little more to maintain the mass. You know how those calories should go, so do your thing with them. Don’t take my word as absolute so if anyone feels they need to correct me on this, please do so.
On a sidenote, it appears as though you may have developed gyno from the cycle because your tits look huge and puffy. In which case, I would find and take an anti-estrogen immediately.
Second week into the stasis period, everything going good. Training solid, and following a strict diet. Starting to piss heaps, and looking a fair bit leaner. Will post up pics once done with stasis and PCT.
Contemplating running a cutting cycle towards to end of the year to get ready for the ‘shirts off’ season.
Something along the lines of
Test Prop 75mg ED
Trenbolone Ace 50mg ED
Masteron 50mg ED
Run it for about 8 weeks, with a 4 week stasis taper and Nolva/Adex PCT.

I know I got a bit of a task in front of me, but I’m going to give it a go with a proper diet, hope to drop down to about 95ish kg after pct, and use the cycle to help the last bit out.
